Frank Henkel has got over 12 years of business experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience covers the positions in development, business development and the management of projects and business sections.
Frank Henkel has actively engaged in IEEE solid state and circuit and systems scientific steering committees and IEEE technical program committees. He has initiated and managed many R&D projects on European and national level.
At IMST DSI he has involved as management director in technical program management and business development.

He has more than 14 years experience in financial control of small and medium companies.
He started his career years ago in a specialized consulting company. Later on he focusses on project controlling and cash management. As a finacial specialist he has comprehensive experience with research and development funding, i.e. the framework programmes of the European Union.
Arnd Neborg studied business administration, he holds a Diplom degree by
University Essen.
